I... don't think so... I don't get viruses the way any organic does... I mean, my coding could get corrupted, but I'm certain that's not what's happening...
The only way I could get an infected virus or something like that is if I touched a Clockwork. And I know I haven't... so it's probably something in this ship that did it.
